It is a rewarding experience for me to be able to help you get back into the game or back into life pain free. I am inspired by my clients who want to be the best at what they do, whether it is running a marathon without plantar fasciitis acting up, swinging the club without golfers elbow, or to live without carpel tunnel, tendonitis or sciatic pain.

• A.R.T. / Sport Massage
  
  Massage technique combining precise tensions and stretches with movements to heal damaged soft tissue.

• Swedish
  Decompress and relax with Swedish massage. A full body massage specifically designed to calm your senses. Increased blood circulation and stress reduction are among the many benefits of this body care modality. Aromatherapy is available specific to the clients needs and or request at no charge.

• Deep Tissue
  Designed to relieve areas of pain in the deeper layers of muscle tissue caused by injury or repetitive use. Deep Tissue is an effective modality that aids in increased range of motion and stimulates blood circulation. Time will be used to target one or a few areas of the body and is not typically a full body massage.

• Reflexology
  (45 minutes) it is believed that “reflex” areas on the feet and hands correspond to specific organs, glands, and other parts of the body. Your practitioner will apply pressure to these reflex areas on the feet and or hands in a sequence to promote health in the corresponding organs through energetic pathways.

• Swedish Deep Tissue Combination
  Choose if you need one area of the body worked on with a deeper pressure but would like to use the remaining time for a more relaxing massage.
